TUESDAY, JUNE 22ND

Females in Facilities Event
Each year RFMA's Females in Facilities group hosts an event for members to learn and network at RFMA's Annual Conference. Click here to learn more about our Females in Facilities Group.

This event is for RFMA members in the Females in Facilities group and will be held on Tuesday, June 22nd from 11:00am - 1:00pm. Additional fee and pre-registration is required. Registration will open for RFMA Females in Facilities members late spring on RFMA's Event Calendar.

New Member Café
Are you a new RFMA member? We encourage all our new RFMA members to stop by the New Member Cafe on Tuesday, June 22nd from 1:30pm - 2:30pm to meet the RFMA staff, Board members and fellow RFMA members. Network and learn how to navigate RFMA 2021 and get the most out of you time here. More details will be shared with first-time attendees in June!
 

Express Exchange
Restaurant attendees and Exhibitors meet and connect through our socially distant one-on-one appointments. Learn about the vendor services and products you need within your 2-minute appointments and plan further conversations within the Exhibit Hall. Express Exchange is scheduled for Tuesday, June 22nd with a Restaurant Reception from 2:30pm - 3:00pm and Express Exchange from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. 

Restaurant Attendees: Pre-registration is required for restaurateurs. Please opt-in for Express Exchange while you are completing your conference regsitration. You can add the event to your registration by editing your registration through the confirmation email you received.

Opening Reception at Charlotte Convention Center
Start your networking early at our Opening Reception at the Charlotte Convetion Center. Enjoy sips and bites while you network and get to know your fellow RFMA 2021 attendees. This event will be on Tuesday, June 22nd from 5:30pm - 7:00pm.

The Charlotte Convention Center is ready to welcome us! The Charlotte Convention Center wants all visitors to have sound peace of mind when stepping foot into the facility and visibly see the commitment they have made to maintaining exceptional, health-conscious conditions. The Charlotte Convention Center places our attendees health and safety as their highest priority and to do that they have updated their safety and cleaning protocols to not only meet, but exceed the standards of conference attendees.

THURSDAY, JUNE 24TH

"The Finish Line" - Closing Party
Good networking never ends, but the Annual Conference will "cross the finish line" on Thursday with our Closing Party at the NASCAR Hall of Fame! Walk through the halls to view the inductees, enjoy some bites and sips among some famous race cars, and network one last time with your RFMA peers in this special and unique venue! Our closing party will be on Thursday, June 24th from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
