that way. That's why we've added powerful tools,like the online connection center,
to help you maximize your connections with industry partners while at RFMA 2014!

The reverse exhibit hall where the Restaurant attendees are in the "booth". Each
exhibiting company can send a representative to this Sunday, February 16 session
to meet with restaurant facility managers who are looking specificially for your services!

Exhibit Hall Hours
Monday, February 17th from 8:00am-11:30am and 5:00-7:00pm
Tuesday, February 18th from 12:30pm-4:00pm

Exhibitors are encouraged to attend all conference events - educational and social! 
Your registrations give you access to all conference events with the exception of golf.

at an exhibition versus in the field. Suppliers can save time and money by networking
with hundreds of qualified decision makers at RFMA 2014.  Whatever kind of solution
they sell, RFMA 2014 is the one place where they canintroduce their products and
services, position their company in the marketplace, maintain exposure, educate the
industry, establish partnerships, connect with customers and generate revenue.

Exhibit Hall Tours
Non-exhibiting Vendors that are interested in learning about exhibiting at RFMA 2015
are invited to join us on a private tour of the exhibit hall. The tours are arranged on
a first come basis and are 15 minutes in length. You will be able to see the exhibit hall
traffic, the displays our current exhibitors have created and the general layout of the exhibit hall.

We do guarantee to our exhibitors that they will never need to worry about
competitors who are not exhibitorsbeing on the exhibit floor selling in the aisles.
This is a great advantage! In support of this policy, we do ask that you stay with
the tour guide throughout the tour. You will have time to ask questions concerning
exhibiting in future years.

Tour times are held in conjunction with the exhibit hall hours. Monday, February 16
we offer tours from 11:30-1pm and 5:00pm-6:15pm and Tuesday, February 17 from
1pm-3pm. The schedule will be on the 15s. Please reserve you space as soon as
