Exhibitors are encouraged to attend all conference events - educational, networking and social! 
Your registrations give you access to all conference events with the exception of golf.


Want to invite a restaurant attendee to a demo off hours - just meet them at the exhibit hall entrance and you can escort them in!

Exhibit Hall Tours
Non-exhibiting Vendors that are interested in learning about exhibiting at RFMA 2016
are invited to join us on a private tour of the exhibit hall. The tours are arranged on
a first come basis and are 15 minutes in length. You will be able to see the exhibit hall
traffic, the displays our current exhibitors have created and the general layout of the exhibit hall.








We do guarantee to our exhibitors that they will never need to worry about
competitors who are not exhibitors being on the exhibit floor selling in the aisles.
This is a great advantage! In support of this policy, we do ask that you stay with
the tour guide throughout the tour. You will have time to ask questions concerning
exhibiting in future years.








Tour times are held in conjunction with the exhibit hall hours. Please reserve you space
