General Information for RFMA 2013

The RFMA 2013 Annual Conference is open to:
The RFMA 2013 conference offers very affordable registration fees for all restaurateurs, however restaurant attendees must be able to provide proof of current employment status with a restaurant company in order to register in this category.
Vendors and Suppliers who are not exhibitors can attend the conference but can not enter the exhibit hall.
All conference activities are Business Casual dress, with the exception of the closing party, when jeans are acceptable (no shorts or flip-flops, please).

ADMISSION TO EVENTS
Please wear your official RFMA 2013 Conference badge at all times. Your badge must be visible to enter all conference sessions, the exhibit hall and special events. Please keep in mind that your badge represents an admission contract between you and RFMA. Switching or transferring badges is a violation of this contract and will subject the badges to confiscation. We thank you for your cooperation.
•Non-exhibiting vendor members are not allowed on the exhibit floor.
•All members shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner, showing respect to others at all times.
•Any members with “pastdue” monies owed to the Restaurant Facility Management Association(RFMA), are not permitted to attend any RFMA function or meeting until the situation is resolved.
•All members must be registered appropriately with RFMA in order to attend RFMA meetings and conferences.
•Persons registering for a meeting or conference as a restaurateur must be able to provide proof of their current employment with a restaurant company. Falsifying a membership application and/or registration form is grounds for an internal grievance review and possible penalty.
•All members are prohibited from attending or sponsoring any functions during the published hours of RFMA meetings or events that are not sponsored by RFMA.
•All exhibitors shall stay within their exhibiting area whenever possible. No vendor shall take advantage of this time to bring restaurateurs from other vendor exhibiting areas to their own exhibiting area.
•All members shall conduct themselves in accordance with the RFMA Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics as posted on the RFMA website.
Children are NOT allowed on the Exhibit Floor.
No one under the age of 18 (including infants and toddlers) is allowed on the floor at any time – including during set-up and tear down. There are no exceptions to this policy. ID may be requested if the age of the individual is in question. Child Care Service is available through the Hotel. Any family member over the age of 18 wishing to attend a conference event MUST have a GUEST BADGE or ticket, which can be purchased at the registration desk.
The Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA) reserves the right to limit media involvement or participation at any or all of its functions. RFMA provides a direct access contact for any media questions through RFMA’s corporate office in Plano, Texas. RFMA reserves and exercises the right to limit any media, media employee, or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors or suppliers.
