RFMA 2017 Conference Attendees

Restaurant Facility Professionals
You can attend RFMA 2017 at the RFMA member rate or the non-RFMA member rate. You must be a full-time employee of a restaurant company. If asked by RFMA, Restaurant attendees must be able to provide proof of current employment status with a restaurant company in order to register in this category

Vendor and Supplier Companies
Vendors and suppliers can exhibit or attend as a Non-Exhibiting Vendor at RFMA 2017. Vendor attendees are individuals whose primary responsibilities include: business development; sales and/or marketing as a consultant; representation of a manufacturer, vendor, dealer, distributor; and/or providing restaurant facility-related products and services; and cannot be in competition with RFMA, either directly or indirectly.

Exhibiting Companies
-All exhibitor delegates will have access to all conference activities and the exhibit hall.
-Each exhibiting company receives 2 full delegate registrations per 10x10 space.
-The fee for additional attendees after the use of your complimentary allotment is $405 each, and you can have a maximum of four (4) total registrations per 10x10 booth space. 
-Sponsors may have additional registrations based on individual sponsorship agreements.

Non-Exhibiting Vendors -SOLD OUT
-Will have access to all conference activities, but DO NOT have access to the exhibit hall or are able to participate in Express Exchange. 
Registration fee: $1,000 for RFMA Members and $2,000 for Non-RFMA Members

All attendees of the conference must be registered by the individual’s name and company name. RFMA reserves the right to refuse any registrations that do not meet the registration criteria.

Payment is required in full before registration can be completely processed. We welcome payments in the form of check, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.  Checks are accepted until February 29, 2017 and are not accepted onsite.

Confirmation of Your Registration
For registrations made online or via phone, confirmation of registration will be sent immediately via email. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation will be sent via email immediately upon processing. Conference Attire
All conference activities are Business Casual dress, with the exception of the closing party, when jeans are acceptable (no shorts or flip-flops, please).

RFMA reserves and exercises the right to limit any media, any media employee, or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, or suppliers. No material from Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA) or any web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by RFMA, may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of RFMA. Except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

Children who are under the age of 21 are not permitted to attend RFMA functions and cannot access the exhibit hall at any time. PLEASE - do not bring young children and leave them in the hallways unattended - this is not safe. Unsupervised children will be reported to security.

Conference Badges
Email confirmation for your badges will be sent in advance of the meeting to all persons registered by February 17, 2017.  Each registered attendee will receive a badge preview for approval on February 17, 2017 followed by an email on February 24, 2017 with the Express Registration bar code.  Please bring this email and all credentials to the meeting. Persons registering after February 17, 2017, should bring a copy of their email confirmation to the meeting to pick-up a badge onsite. The bar code included on this confirmation will greatly speed your process through self-registration or the registration customer service area.

If received in writing by February 1, 2017 RFMA will refund your meeting registration. Refunds will not be made after February 1, 2017 or for no-shows. Cancelation requests should be sent to kim@rfmaonline.com.

Directory of RFMA 2017 Attendees
The attendee list is a benefit of exhibiting and sponsoring at the conference and will only be made available to the primary contact from exhibiting and sponsoring companies. 

To make housing arrangements, you first must be registered to attend the RFMA 2017 Annual Conference. Your registration confirmation email letter will contain the necessary information to obtain housing for RFMA 2017. We regret that we are unable to accept requests for housing prior to receipt and verification of payment in full of registration fees. Exhibitors will receive access to housing once the deposit for their booth space is received or by August 1, 2017.   The main contact for each exhibiting company has the access information for housing.

Please note: The one night room and tax will be charged by all the conference hotels on February 1, 2017 and is non-refundable at that time. You can cancel after February 1, 2017 but you will lose that one night.

Admission to Events
You must wear your official RFMA 2017 conference badge at all times during published conference hours to access conference events. Your badge must be visible to enter all conference sessions, the exhibit hall and conference events. Please keep in mind that your badge represents an admission contract between you and RFMA. Switching or transferring badges is a violation of this contract and will subject the badges to confiscation. We thank you for your cooperation.

-Full Conference Attendee Badges (both Restaurant and Exhibitor): admit attendees to all conference events.

-Non-Exhibiting Vendor Badges: preclude you from entering the Exhibit Hall, except on a pre-arranged guided tour, but you may attend all other conference events.

-Spouse/Guests: required to have a badge or ticket for all conference activities. You have the option to purchase a full spouse/guest registration or to purchase an event ticket at the registration desk. Both the Opening and Closing Parties will require tickets for all Guests.  Guest Registration is available only to guests that are not employed in the restaurant facility profession or connected vendors.

Meeting Etiquette
-All members shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner, showing respect to others at all times.
-Any members or attendees with “pastdue” monies owed to the Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA), are not permitted to attend any RFMA function or meeting until the situation is resolved.
-Persons registering for a meeting or conference as a restaurateur must be able to provide proof of their current employment with a restaurant company. Falsifying a membership application and/or registration form is grounds for an internal grievance review and possible penalty, and could result in immediate confiscation of their registration badge and forfeiture of monies paid.
-All members are prohibited from attending or sponsoring any functions during the published hours of RFMA meetings or events that are not sponsored by RFMA.
-All exhibitors shall stay within their exhibiting area whenever possible.  No vendor shall take advantage of this time to bring restaurateurs from other vendor exhibiting areas to their own exhibiting area.
-All members shall conduct themselves in accordance with the RFMA Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics as posted on the RFMA website.
