RFMA 2014 Registration Rates

NOTE: Restaurant Registration is for Full-Time employees of Restaurant Companies ONLY!
All Vendors need to register as Non-Exhibiting Vendors or Exhibitors.
*All Registration fees must be made by credit card

Guest Registration $250
For personal guests of registered Full Conference Delegate Attendees only. The guest can not be a business associate of the attendee, or in any way affiliated with the restaurant facilities industry or any associated product or services industry. If a Guest is found to be an industry professional, the guest badge will be immediately confiscated and the related attendee will be subject to ethical review and punishment.


All attendees of the conference are full delegates. Everyone at the conference can
attend all activities. Only the golf outing is an additional charge.

Exhibitor allotments are based on sponsorship agreements and booth size - password
is required to access exhibitor registration within the Exhibitor Service Center. 
Each 10x10 booth space receives 2 Full Delegate registrations with the booth
space fee
and is able to purchasae 2 additional delegate registrations for $405.00 each.
The Password is unique to the company for this conference and is NOT the RFMA
membership ID number. The main company contact has the login information.

Additional Registrations For Exhibitors

Delegate - full registration with access to the Opening and Closing parties, all
educational sessions and the exhibit floor

Golf - Individual Golf - $150 - SOLD OUT
Individual golfers will be assigned randomly to foursomes. Foursome lists are
available onsite at the Golf Course Only.  Restaurant attendees can be added to sponsored foursomes hosted by exhibitors.  If you are interested - please send an email to

Additional Closing Party Ticket -
All registrations include the party ticket. The additional ticket is for spouses
and non-business guests only.

 and non-business guests only.

RFMA 2014 Conference Tips

Please familiarize yourself with RFMA’s 2014 Registration, Housing and Cancellation Policies.

Non-Exhibiting Vendors (non-members and members) are welcome to attend the
conference, but are not eligible to enter the exhibit hall.

All attendees of the conference must be registered by name for the conference.

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend RFMA functions and can not
access the exhibit hall at anytime.  PLEASE - do not bring young children and leave
them in the hallways unattended - this is not safe.  Unsupervised children will be
reported to resort security.


Email confirmation for your badges will be sent in advance of the meeting to all persons
registered by January 31, 2014. Please bring this email to the meeting.
Persons registering after January 31, 2014, should bring a copy of their email confirmation
to the meeting to pick-up a badge onsite.The bar code included on this confirmation will
greatly speed your process through self-registration or the registration customer service area.


If received in writing by January 17, 2014, RFMA will refund your meeting registration.
Refunds will not be made after February 17 or for no-shows.

Confirmation of Your Registration

For registrations made online or via phone, confirmation of registration will be
immediately sent via email. For registrations made with check payment via mail,
please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent
via email immediately upon processing. If you do not receive confirmation after
20 days, please do not hesitate to call 703-519-4268

Directory of Attendees

The attendee list is a benefit of exhibiting and sponsoring the conference and will only
be made available to the primary contact from exhibiting and sponsoring companies.


To make housing arrangements, you first must be registered to attend the Conference.
Your registration confirmation email letter will contain the necessary information to
obtain housing for the Conference. We regret that we are unable to accept requests
for housing prior to receipt and verification of payment in full of registration fees.
Exhibitors will receive access to housing once the deposit for their booth space is received.
The main contact for each exhibiting company has the access information for housing.

Please note:The Gaylord Texan hotel has a 30 day cancellation policy. 
After January 15, if you cancel your hotel reservation, you will be charged one night
room and tax by the hotel.

*Non-Member Registration

The registration form lists prices for all registration types at both member and
nonmember rates. All RFMA memberships are on an individual basis; registration
status may not be transferred to others.

Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we
are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the
form of check, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
