To make an individual hotel reservation, you must first register to attend the RFMA 2018 Annual Conference. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain a link for Housing. Click on this link to see a list of hotels available over the dates you plan to attend. (The earlier you register, the more options you are likely to have.)
Exhibiting at RFMA 2018 and need a room?
If you are with an exhibiting company at RFMA 2018, please contact the main booth contact from your organization to receive your hotel booking link. Housing is managed through our official housing bureau, CONNECTIONS HOUSING. (Do NOT respond to solicitations from other housing bureaus; they may not be legitimate and do not represent RFMA.)
IMPORTANT: Please note that a one-night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be processed by the hotel on or around February 1, 2018. No refunds will be processed after that date.
Do you have a group of 10 or more restaurateurs?
Conference Registration Rebate
Restaurant companies will be rebated one conference registration for every 10 registrations. This rebate will be sent by check within 14 days after the conference.
Hotel Room Rebate
Take advantage of our special room rebate offer for large groups! Rebates are based on the number of room reservations at our RFMA 2018 conference hotels and must be booked into the RFMA room block, with a minimum 3-night stay for each room.
10-19 Rooms $10 rebate per room per night
20 or more rooms $20 rebate per room per night
To insure that your full group is able to secure rooms, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND signing a sub-block contract, so we can pull rooms out of inventory to accommodate everyone in your group. We will monitor your group room block and provide a rebate back to your company in the form of a check. Payment will be made within 14 days after the conference has concluded.
