We’ll be sorry that you won’t be able to join us for this exceptional learning and networking experience!  However, we understand that things happen. If received in writing by January 6, 2020, RFMA will refund your conference registration. If you registered for the Annual conference at the Non-RFMA Member rate, the $100 RFMA membership is non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to Ryan Byrd at ryan@rfmaonline.com. There are no refunds for cancellations after January 6, 2020.

No. Those that have registerd for the Annual Conference before February 25, 2020, will receive a badge preview email to approve. Once your badge has been approved, it will be followed by an email with an Express Registration bar code to be used at the registration area. The bar code within the email will speed up your process through self-registration or the registration area. You will receive your badge onsite in the registration area.

Attendees registering after February 25, 2020, should bring a copy of their email confirmation to the Annual Conference.

Our RFMA 2020 host hotel is the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convetnion Center. Once you have registered for RFMA 2020 you will receive a hotel booking link to make your hotel reservations. The hotel booking link provided in your email confirmation is the only way you can book your hotel reservation. DO NOT book your RFMA 2020 hotel reservations through any other company or any other way.

Please note that a one-night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be processed by the hotel on February 7, 2020. No refunds will be processed after that date.

You must first register to attend or exhibit at RFMA 2020. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain a hotel booking link to make your hotel reservations. You can only book your hotel reservation through this link. Do not book through an outside third-party.

If you are with an exhibiting company, please contact the main contact from your organization to receive your hotel booking link.

We are not using a housing bureau for RFMA 2020. The only way to make a hotel reservation for the RFMA 2020 conference will be through a hotel booking link provided in your RFMA 2020 email confirmation. You will receive this email confirmation with the hotel booking link after you have registered to attend or exhibit at RFMA 2020.

After you make a hotel reservation at the Gaylord Rockies, using the link provided in your RFMA 2020 confirmation email, you will receive an email confirmation from the Gaylord Rockies. This email will give details about your hotel reservation and will include a link to edit or cancel your reservation.

Ground transportation between the airport and hotels is NOT provided on a complimentary basis. 

There are no scheduled events on Sunday, March 8th after 7:30pm and Monday, March 9th after 6:30pm.

Yes, a complete listing of all education sessions, including session descriptions and speaker bios, is available under the Sessions & Events tab prior to the conference. All of this information will also be available in our RFMA Annual Conference app, which will launch prior to the conference. 

We are a paperless conference and you will not receive a RFMA 2020 Conference Program Book. You are able to find all of our conference information on our RFMA Annual Conference app and also our conference website. Please refer to the Conference Schedule and Education Breakout Session schedule for times and location of sessions and events.

We are a paperless conference unless otherwise stated in the session descriptions. Speakers with handouts will provide the PDF format via this website and also on the RFMA Annual Conference mobile app. 

The education program for each Annual Conference is finalized prior to August 1st of the previous year. The proposal portal opens in May and stays open until July, specific dates will be posted annually. If you've missed this time frame, consider submitting a topic for a webinar through RFMA's website by clicking here.

We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your meeting experience! Therefore, business casual dress is strongly encouraged.  We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as meeting rooms are air conditioned. Jeans are acceptable for the closing night party, but no shorts or flip-flops please.

No. Persons under the age of 21 are NOT permitted to attend RFMA functions and cannot access the Exhibit Hall at any time. ID may be requested if the age of the individual is in question.
