PLEASE NOTE: Companies not connected to the RFMA 2017 conference have been emailing exhibitors offering services such as exhibitor equipment and other services. Companies not listed in our exhibit manual are not affiliated with the conference are not authorized to contact the RFMA exhibitors and are not official contractors!

Please Note: There are "Trade Show Housing Service" companies making calls about hotel rooms for RFMA. NONE of these companies are authorized by RFMA. Please only use the link in the management center to make your hotel reservations. Using these services can result in unsecured room reservations and lost deposits. Please check out any "Hotel reservation company" before you give them your credit card information!

How do I login to the Booth Management Center?
-Please enter your email address and password (four letters followed by four numbers - unless you arranged for a personal password) as found in your exhibitor service center confirmation email. If you would like to re-set your password with a password of your choice - just email this to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tips for logging into the Exhibitor Service Center:
-Please contact your booth's coordinator to obtain login information if you are not the conference coordinator for your company.
-The login for RFMA 2017 is NOT the same as your membership login for www.rfmaonline.com.
-Your RFMA 2017 login will be different from your RFMA 2016 login.
-If you are no longer an exhibitor and you would like to exhibit - please contact Kim Sackett - email@example.com.
-Exhibitor registration is available only inside the Booth Management Center.
-All attendees must be registered and wear a badge to access the exhibit floor
-All exhibitors are limited to the registration allotments noted in your company's registration form in the service center
-Exhibitors needing to exchange badges to allow different staffers to attend on different days can participate in the Exhibitor Badge Exchange Program. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the form or come to the registration desk at RFMA 2017 to complete the form.
