The RFMA Annual Conference offers a wide range of educational and networking events for those active in the Restaurant Facilities Industry. Non-Exhibiting Vendors may attend all of the social events including the Opening and Closing parties, the Golf Outing, the General Sessions, Concurrent Sessions and the Networking Breaks.

Who can register as a Non-Exhibiting Vendor for RFMA 2018?
-Non-Exhibiting Vendors must meet the same criteria required for becoming a RFMA vendor member. The criteria is that individuals whose primary responsibilities include: business development; sales and/or marketing as a consultant; representation of a manufacturer, vendor, dealer, distributor; and/or providing restaurant facility-related products and services; and can not be in competition with RFMA, either directly or indirectly.
-Non-Exhibiting Vendors (non-members and members) are welcome to attend the conference, if they meet the stated criteria, but are not eligible to enter the Exhibit Hall or attend Express Exchange.
Exhibit Hall Tours
-Non-Exhibiting Vendors that are interested in learning about exhibiting at RFMA 2019 are invited to join us on a private tour of the exhibit hall.
-The tours are arranged on a first come basis and are 15 minutes in length. You will be able to see the exhibit hall traffic, the displays our current exhibitors have created and the general layout of the exhibit hall.
-We do guarantee to our exhibitors that they will never need to worry about competitors who are not exhibitors being on the exhibit floor selling in the aisles. This is a great advantage! In support of this policy, we do ask that you stay with the tour guide throughout the tour. You will have time to ask questions concerning exhibiting in future years.

Individual Golf - $175
The annual event will be held Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 6:30am-2:30pm. The event includes breakfast and lunch. All individual golfers are randomly assigned to foursomes.
Additional Closing Party Ticket - $104
All registrations include the party ticket. The additional ticket is for non-registered, non-industry guests only.
Additional Opening Party Ticket - $99
All registrations include the opening party. The additional ticket is for non-registered, non-industry guests only.
