- This registration type is open to facility management professionals whose primary responsibilities are to direct, manage and/or coordinate restaurant facility maintenance/repair and capital improvements. This registration is available to a full-time direct employee of a restaurant company, franchisee or entity.
- All registrations in this category are reviewed and matched to a RFMA membership if applicable.
- Falsifying a restaurant registration is grounds for an internal grievance review and possible penalty, and could result in immediate confiscation of their registration badge and forfeiture of monies paid.
- Full time restaurant employment will be verified for non-member registrants in this registration category.

- Each RFMA 2023 exhibitor has one primary conference contact with login credentials to the Booth Management Center.
- Through the Booth Management Center you will be able to register individual booth staff attendees.
- Please contact your primary conference contact to register for RFMA 2023.
- All attendees must be registered and wear a badge to access the exhibit floor or any RFMA 2023 conference event.
- All exhibitors are limited to the registration allotments noted in your company’s registration area in the Booth Staff Registration Management Center.
- Exhibitors needing to exchange badges to allow different staffers to attend on different days can participate in the exhibitor badge exchange program. Please contact exhibitor@rfmaonline.com for more infromation or visit the registration area at RFMA 2023.

- As a Non-Exhibiting Vendor you MAY attend all of the social events at RFMA 2023 including the Opening Reception, Closing Party, General Sessions, Concurrent Education Sessions and Networking Breaks.
- As a Non-Exhibiting Vendor you MAY NOT access the Exhibit Hall or Express Exchange.
- RFMA has a limited number of Non-Exhibiting registrations. Registrations will be accepted in the order that they are received and will close once the maximum number allowed has been reached.
- Only two Non-Exhibiting Vendor registrations are allowed per vendor company.
